My oh MY, do I have some stained glass Marvellousness with a capital βMβ to share with you this January. It’s made all the more special because it’s the final one before I wind up Everything Stained Glass later this year.
βWowβ is all I can say about the talent of my online students displayed here. Each and every one brings something to admire.
Thank you to all my lovely students for selecting your favourite image of 2025; your work is inspirational to us all.
You have been such an inspiration! I used to love to paint with oil paints and was passionate about my art but one day I received some starter stained glass supplies from someone who no longer wanted them. That was about 40 years ago and I was hooked.
I have soooo enjoyed reading everything you have sent and have learned so much from you!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I will miss your cheery voice. May God bless you in this next chapter of life.
Thanks so much for your lovely words Harriet. I’ve been very lucky with my readers π

And thank YOU Marilynne. It sure is awesome work π
Millie,
You’ve been an inspiration to me over the years and I hate to see you go. I love getting your emails. To slow down and retire is well deserved and I hope you enjoy every moment of it. I made my first piece of stained glass – which you’ve posted in your shares- 48 years ago. I had to take a break for family and life but when I retired I dragged it all out and I’ve been going block busters since. It is my way of staying active, being creative and enjoying. My arthritic fingers make it quite a bit harder but I’ve adapted and sometimes have to recut but I’m not going to quit until I have to.
So enjoy whatever path you take next. You have my love and respect.
Wanda Clary Celina, Tx.
I’m so happy to hear you’re back to stained glass with gusto Wanda.
Thanks too for your kind words about my newsletters. It’s been a great journey π
Beautiful work and so talented. I hope you are not retiring due to illness. Your email tips have been so helpful to me.
Wishing you well,
Dawn

Thanks so much for all your valuable input over the years Lynn, you’ve been a very positive Hubbit to have in our camp π
Thank you and enjoy the future it is going to be awesome. With love and gratitude
Thanks Buck, that’s kind of you.
Milly, it has been a pleasure working with you and the hubbits over the years, you will be missed. Hopefully the hubbits will remain strong and keep going over the years to come, such talented members always willing to help you with any question. I for one will miss you Sunday tip and tricks, I have been able to download most of them from the website, so happy about that, as I refer to them often as I don’t do glass work as much as I would like. I always have to go back and review something. I wish you the happiest and healthy retirement, I have been retired for almost 17 years and wouldn’t trade a day of it. Best wishes!
Aw, thanks so much Nancy, that’s so sweet of you. The Hubbits will continue producing many many masterpieces for years to come, I’m sure of it.
Superb work from your students. Thank you for all you have shared.
Thanks for cheering them all on Ros – they fully deserve it.
I’ve enjoyed sharing – not just my teaching but all my students and readers. What a team we’ve been π
