I took the Leaded Stained Glass Artistry. I’ve done several leaded pieces but wanted to take it as a refresher and also because I want to do a panel for the transom over my front door. I hoped to get help from the group on how to measure and account for the frame and inside measurements as I haven’t done a leaded piece in a couple years. Even having done some leaded panels I learned valuable information just listening and going through the course. It turns out that the transom measures a foot plus longer than my table and I don’t want to break it up so now I’m looking at doing the 3 transom windows on the back of my house or changing out the 5 foot plywood table top for an 8 foot plywood top. Milly is so straight forward with her instruction that it makes it easy to follow. I can imagine someone starting new with lead would not be intimidated at all and her accent is so lovely to listen to. Thanks for all the great information and tips and I look forward to continue to work with you.

I’ve been doing leaded glass for over 9 years as a hobby and wanted to make sure that there wasn’t a trick or two that I’ve not been using. It’s presented well and is comprehensive in its approach to those using it. This course will be helpful to anyone starting out creating leaded projects, or refreshing as I did.

I am a visual learner but have a poor memory. Just today I watched all the videos a second time so I could take notes the second time through. I love having the option to review the lessons. Milly is a great teacher and the videos are great. I also like that most videos are under 10 minutes so I can revisit the course in small increments as my schedule allows. I have spent so much time online trying to learn to lead glass and it shows when “instructors” are not trained educators and frankly there are a lot of really bad videos that can waste a lot of time. So if you value your time and want credible expertise, Milly is the one! I also like that she shows you mistakes and how to fix them. This is invaluable. Thank you Milly. Keep on doing what you’re doing.

I just finished my window for Milly’s leaded glass class. I have been doing both copper foil and leaded projects for almost 3 years now. I have taken a local class in person. I love doing projects so much that I thought maybe Millie could encourage me to try some different things. Loved the step-by-step and the fact that you could go back and rewatch sections. I also took the strip cutting class, purchased a strip cutter and, and am ready to start a new project using it. Thanks Millie for the motivation and also for the tips you continue to send. I am not an artist who needs perfection, but one who needs a challenge.

I purchased the leaded stained glass artistry course and all I can say is this… Don’t look at another video online from random people! Buying this course was the best thing I’ve done in a long time! Milly puts each step of this wonderful journey into making beautiful leaded stained glass so easy! She videos each step separately so you don’t have to go through the whole video to try and find that one little part you needed to see. She breaks it down so it’s easy to understand, (and believe me, I’m one of those people who needs a lot of extra help, lol).. I’ve always done foil because I was too afraid to try leaded came after watching a lot of random peoples videos but I finally saw one of Milly’s videos and this feeling of”I can do this!” Went through me and I’m so glad I purchased the course! It’s very much worth the price and you can watch the videos as often as you need to without costing another dime. This lady is amazingly talented and just watching her makes you know you’re in very good hands! Thank you Milly for helping thousands of people reach their full potential! You make it fun! ❤️

I took the Leaded Stain Glass Artistry class as a refresher course. It had been about twenty years since I took my first Leaded class. I liked that this class was broken up into very short detailed segments. It was easy to go back and find a segment I wanted to watch again. As well as reviewing things from the past, I learned some new tricks and learned about new products and tools. My favorite part is becoming part of the Facebook group of students of all levels of experience. Sharing SG projects and asking and answering questions has been fun. The Guides of previous discussions also has a wealth of information. I am glad I took the class.

I purchased the “Stained Glass Made Perfect” course during our first lockdown in April 2020, besides putting me in the workroom, and out of the husband’s uncharacteristic ill humour, the course kept me occupied in the most wonderful and peaceful manner. I was properly learning skills that i had been dabbling with for 3 years! Most importantly, I was learning how to correctly use the tools and equipment. That was the most awesome lesson learnt!
For everyone out there watching semi skilled people on various videos on the net, showing you how to get ahead with stained glass techniques, I would advise you to save the time, spend the pittance the course costs, and learn the skill properly.
Milly takes the time to show different ways in which to achieve the results needed to create art, always stressing that there is YOUR way to use and take advantage of the tools and equipment.
During our second lockdown, in June 2020, I got the “Leaded stained glass artistry” course. I was blown away with the result! I could not believe that I could “create “ such a piece!
I have used the skills learnt to create a number of pieces. the great thing being that I always have the courses on line, to which I can refer.
