This is the year to end all years. In a very good way π
My wonderful online students have chosen the piece they’re most proud of this year – which in turn has made me VERY proud – of them.
They’re inventive, creative and generous. You can’t get better than that.
Take your time to look at each panel. There is much to inspire and uplift you.

Thank you for all your tips. I very much appreciate looking at your students work.
Absolutely beautiful and creative work done by everyone. You have certainly inspired me
These are amazing displays of each of your individual artistic passions. Itβs so wonderful that you all took the opportunity to learn how to create or hone in on your skills. Beautiful work!
I totally enjoyed the creativity and artistry shown by each student and celebrate the amazing teacher who guided them. I really appreciate the tips Milly sends out.
I have to say the Conlan – Blodgett collaboration is my favorite, brilliant!
Beanne, Love it!!! How were the people created?
Overlay Lisa – see this page: https://everythingstainedglass.com/stained-glass-overlay
BRAVO Everyone!! I can appreciate the hours, concentration, and love that went into each piece!
Many thanks for sharing the work of your students which is truly inspirational.

Bestwishes

Hi Milly, oh my goodness how talented are your students and what wonderful skill education they must receive from you! I am fascinated that this can be done on line.. I have a question about one of the pieces.. I can’t enlarge enough with clarity to see how it is done! Top right hand piece of the far off landscape.. the effect of the variety of textures in plants, geology etc all done by colour and glass orientation.. is it cut and glued to a backing? I cannot make out either the use of lead came or copper foil! If so the cutting is to perfection.. I live in Australia and this is our country side! Please pass on my congratulations to your students.. magnificent. AC South Australia.
If it’s Ann Hartman’s, it’s glass on glass – yes, glued on. Glad you like the inspiring display of talent π
Who wouldnβt stare in awe at any one of these incredible pieces. The choices of glass shows such care in order to translate the piece into life.
Please make some patterns available To us.
Wow what an amazing group of very talented folks. Iβm blown away!
Bravo!
Everyone is so talented. Good job everyone
A gallery of glassy gorgeousness π Your students must be so proud of their achievements, as must you, their unfaltering guide!
Oh my gosh, they are all so beautiful. Very talented group of students.
These are absolutely beautiful!! I envy the talent of these artists!
Wow. Ann Hartman. Unbelievably creative! I am a painter as well as a stained glass learner. Your choice of glass, colors and textures, and arrangement is like an oil painting. I can’t exactly tell from the picture, but it looks like it’s a mosaic rather than foiled, right? I’d love to know how you put this together! Incredibly beautiful. I’m a fan!
Milly,
First of all, I’d like to wish you and yours a very Merry Holiday Season and hope for a Peaceful Earth beginning this coming year!
These stained glass pieces created by your students are incredible! You, and they, should be so proud of what’s been created.
Best Wishes,
Jessica Broghan
Thanks Jessica. I am; they’re stars each and everyone of them. I just start them off – they do the rest π
Indeed, another good year. My thanks to you for all your inspirational and informative posts.
May your holidays be filled with love, joy and peace.
Thank you for posting these incredible stained glass pieces. I was going to choose a favorite but I just couldnβt. All of the pieces are too beautiful to select one over anther. Very impressive. Give your students a high five. Congratulations.
That are all very talented , amazing pieces of art β€οΈ
Wow! I canβt find the right words to truly acknowledge all the talent within this group. So inspirational. Thank you for assembling this gallery each year. Wishing everyone creative glassing in 2025!
Beautiful work by all! Love the Cardinal with the mottled glass! It added such a great touch for snow!
Absolutely π― awesome and inspiring π π π
Lovely varied work. You and your students should all be very proud.
Gorgeous works of art! Thank you for sharing.
Every creation in the 2024 Gallery is spectacular. Hubbit creativity is abundant with an array of wonderful designs & stunning glass color & texture choices. I am deeply honored & blessed to be a part of the Hub. Thank you Ms Milly & Ms Paula for creating the Hub plus offering an end of the year Gallery to inspire us in 2025.
Wow, I have been trying to make a car in a full panel for many years and I have not been able to figure it out. How is it possible that someone make a car as a night light? Please tell me how you did that so I can make about a 1,000 of them.
Hahaha, I’ll try and get Alison to answer you π
Thank you, Ray! The little truck is made of only three pieces of glass, and on that all the details are carefully painted in layers to make all the details based on a photo of the truck. For the windscreen, for instance, I did an outline of it with a black Pebeo paint pen, baked on for permanence. Then inside that a layer of white, baked again. Then on that the dark parts (rear view mirror, steering wheel, things like that), baked again. Then over that a faint layer of gray painted at a diagonal to give the impression of light reflection. Thin white lines at the top for reflection, then baked a final time. Time consuming but fun! I use all Pebeo 160 paint and paint pens – the pens help with fine lines.
These are ALL lovely! Just the fact that you all are accomplishing such perfection through an online platform is mind boggling! You should be very proud of your work!
Thanks Bonnie, I am proud of what me and Paula have done with Everything Stained Glass – just the two of us π I’m proud of my students mostly though; I just point them in a direction… and off they go with bundles of creativity.
Wow! I am truly inspired and, in some cases, humbled, by my own ability. Thanks for sharing Milly.
Thanks Milly I think everyone has done a fantastic job. They all are Beautiful
I love Frank Marshall’s guitar.
Is the glass on top of the guitar body or?
I see the bridge is still in place.
I have quite a few old unrepairable guitars I’d like to do glasswork on.
Any suggestions and tips you can share would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
I’ll try and get Frank to answer you Sue, fingers crossed π
Kate Lawle’s driftwood with glass is very interesting.
Can you share with me the metal support piece she used with this piece?
Thank you
The metal is a half circle frame on legs that you can buy in several sizes at a lot of online glass stores. Some are more sturdy than others.. I cut the legs off in the middle and put them into the driftwood- half in the top and half through the bottom
These are amazing! Thanks for sharing!
